BJJ Lab is a Swiss Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team with two gyms. The first one opened in Zurich in 2013. A second location in Winterthur followed in 2025. The team focuses on clean technique and a friendly room where beginners and competitors train together. Visitors from other academies are welcome.
